Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Health Practitioner to join our Emotional Health and Resilience Service. The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic team, providing high-quality services to children, young people, parents, carers, and families.

The post holder will work under the direction and supervision of a Band 6 Caseload Holder, contributing to the provision of services within the framework of the Healthy Child Programme and Best Start In Life priorities.

The ideal candidate will be proactive in delivering national and Public Health agendas in response to identified health and social need, working in partnership with other agencies to meet agreed standards, objectives, and statutory requirements.

Main Duties of the Job

The post holder will be responsible for working with a range of statutory and voluntary organisations, providing support to parents and families, and communicating effectively with a variety of audiences.

The successful candidate will have the ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and possess a strong understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
