About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in property litigation, with experience of running a busy caseload of landlord and tenant residential possession matters. They will be responsible for providing expert legal counsel and representation to clients involved in disputes arising from residential and commercial lease agreements.

The role will involve a combination of legal analysis, negotiation, and courtroom representation to safeguard the interests of landlords and tenants. The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting thorough consultations with clients to understand the nature of their landlord and tenant disputes, and providing clear and actionable legal advice on rights, responsibilities, and potential legal remedies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients involved in disputes arising from residential and commercial lease agreements.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand the nature of their landlord and tenant disputes.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong background in property litigation, with experience of running a busy caseload of landlord and tenant residential possession matters.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
