About the Role

We are seeking a talented Litigation Solicitor to join our expanding team in East London. As a key member of our Litigation Department, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Commercial Litigation offering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a varied caseload of Civil and Commercial Litigation matters, including contract disputes, property disputes, and business-related claims.
  • Work closely with senior colleagues to develop and implement strategies for growth and expansion.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's Commercial Litigation practice, handling cases such as breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and professional negligence.
Requirements
  • 2+ years PQE in Litigation Solicitor with solid experience in Civil Litigation.
  • Good understanding of Commercial Litigation and a desire to expand expertise in this area.
  • Confidence in handling a varied caseload and ability to work autonomously.
  • Ambition and ability to help grow the Litigation Department's commercial offering.
