The role of Maintenance Team Leader is a vital part of the college site's safe and effective operation. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting staff and colleagues with health and safety issues as they arise. This will involve being responsive and proactive in maintaining a secure and healthy environment.

As a key holder and security point of contact, you will play a crucial role in maintaining site security and supporting the college's values. This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and prioritize their workload.

As part of the team, you will be expected to work collaboratively across all sites, where needed. This will involve being flexible and adaptable in your approach to work. You will also be responsible for supporting the college's values and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Benefits of the role include a competitive salary and a generous holiday entitlement of 5.6 weeks, which will be negotiated to fit in with other team members. You will also be entitled to bank holiday pay and may be required to work on a bank holiday if it falls on your normal working day.
