Role Overview

As the Assistant Manager - Outsourcing, you will be a key member of our team, supporting the Outsourcing Manager, Client Managers, and Directors. You will work in the world of accounting and outsourcing, providing outstanding services to our diverse range of limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and prepare VAT returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and review monthly and quarterly management accounts, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on cloud-based software, supporting both clients and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation, ensuring our services remain compliant and effective.
  • Mentor and support the development of Trainees in our outsourcing team, helping them grow and succeed.
  • Assist the Outsourcing Manager in team development and the appraisal process, shaping the team's future.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of accounting principles, cloud-based software, and business development. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
