Learning Program Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in High Peak.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in special education, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting students with special needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the lead teacher in implementing individualized education plans, monitoring progress, and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Provide direct support to SEN students in the classroom, assisting with lesson planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social interaction, emotional well-being, and academic achievement.
- A strong Associate's degree in Special Education or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with special needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A deep understanding of the challenges faced by SEN students, including emotional, social, and academic barriers.
- A competitive salary range of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
