Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Development Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the Development Director with project management tasks and timelines.

Main Responsibilities:
Project management: Assist the Development Director with project management tasks and timelines.
Communication: Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track.
Administration: Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and documentation for projects.
Research: Conduct research and assist in due diligence for new developments.

Requirements:
Experience in property, construction, or project coordination.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
A passion for real estate and development.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
