We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions Limited. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Production: Plan, prepare, and execute menus to meet the needs of our clients, ensuring efficient and effective food production.
- Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation techniques.
- Production Management: Manage production to minimize waste and ensure optimal use of ingredients.
- Food Levels: Maintain adequate food levels throughout all service periods to meet customer demand.
- Food Quality: Ensure the maintenance of high food quality and brand standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Hygiene and Safety: Maintain high hygiene and health and safety standards, identifying any anomalies or incidents and taking corrective action.
- Volume Recording: Capture and record all volumes consumed and overproduction to inform menu planning and inventory management.
- Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of new team members, ensuring they understand procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.
- Continuous Improvement: Discuss ideas and improvements with the line manager to enhance kitchen operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Culinary Qualification: Hold a NVQ Level 2 Culinary or equivalent qualification.
- Food Hygiene Certificate: Possess a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
Working Hours:
- Shift Pattern: Work a 3 days on, 3 days off shift pattern.
- Working Hours: Work from 07:00am to 18:00pm.
- Pay Rate: £13.30 per hour.
Contract Type:
- Permanent: This is a permanent contract.
- Immediate Start: The successful candidate will be required to start immediately.

- Availability: The successful candidate must be available to work the specified shift pattern and hours.
- Food Hygiene Certificate: The successful candidate must hold a valid Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
