Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Redwood Health Care Ltd. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality meals for our residents, adhering to our company's policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook nutritious meals for our residents, following a four-week rotating menu.
- Cater for special dietary requirements, such as modified texture meals and religious preferences.
- Ensure all temperature records are up to date and maintain a clean and tidy kitchen environment.
- Supervise kitchen assistants and manage kitchen stock.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar environment, preferably in healthcare.
- Food hygiene certificate (Level 2 & above) or similar.
- Understanding of Safer Foods Better Business.
- Empathy towards our elderly residents.
