About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team at Luton Bennett. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities with our international clients.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will spend approximately 90% of their time on account management, working closely with customers to discuss new materials and technologies and set pricing. Approximately 10% of the role will focus on new business, generating leads through referrals and other channels. Key responsibilities include leading customer negotiations, setting and monitoring sales targets, and organizing travel.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need any engineering or material science background understanding related to heat, including refractories, glass manufacturing, ceramics, hydrogen production, petrochemicals, etc. While sales and account management training will be provided, previous experience in a similar field is desirable.
