About The Engineer:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, responsible for managing design and construction projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, preferably in structural or electrical engineering, and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and construction activities, including requirements capture, infrastructure programme development, and appointment of consultants and main contractors.
  • Manage projects to meet Time, Cost, and Quality (TCQ) targets, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and validating design and site integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards governing design and construction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in design and construction.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
