Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at TOTALLY. As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting existing clinical care and enhancing capacity within our multi-professional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess health and clinical needs of patients
  • Undertake consultations as an autonomous practitioner
  • Use advanced clinical practice skills and clinical judgement to diagnose, treat, refer, or discharge patients


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's level award or equivalent, along with a registered nursing, paramedic, or pharmacy background. You should also have clinical skills qualification at degree level and independent prescriber status.
