We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Anderselite. As a leading infrastructure and civil engineering company, we operate across various sectors, including water, transport, energy, and the built environment.

The role of Financial Administrator is crucial in ensuring accurate allocation of costs to contracts, managing accruals, liaising with site teams, and handling supplier queries. You will also assist in finalizing accounts and ensuring compliance with financial processes.

This position requires experience with finance systems (e.g., Redsky Summit) and purchase ledger processes. A background in construction or a similar industry is preferred. Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing relationships with project teams and suppliers
  • Timely matching of invoices, GRNs, and purchase orders
  • Process and maintain cost data, allocation sheets, and financial reports
  • Support audits and resolve cost-related queries

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
