About the Role

We are looking for exceptional computer science graduates to join our highly selective 18-month global tech trainee program, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in the language education sector.

As a tech trainee, you will work with senior technology leaders who will serve as your mentors and managers, guiding you through the intricacies of technology in our sector. Your tasks will vary, from developing educational applications to data analysis for enhancing language learning experiences.

You will be part of a multicultural team, working in a fast-paced environment with a global perspective. You will have the opportunity to participate in interactive summits, connecting with fellow trainees while deepening your understanding of our position as a leader in international language education.

In this role, you will be entrusted with real responsibilities and tasked with implementing innovative projects. You must possess a blend of quantitative and qualitative skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with teams and drive technological initiatives within the language education domain.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in a technical field from a top university
  • Fluency in English, with fluency in one other language preferred
  • International work and/or study experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Proper work authorization for this opportunity
