Job Description:

We are looking for talented professionals who can accelerate their professional growth with our 16-week paid return-to-work program. This program is designed specifically for individuals who are seeking to restart their careers in a global Investment Bank. With the Glide program, you'll receive the resources and support necessary to refresh your skills and hit the ground running.

The successful candidate will spend 80% of their time fully immersed in a specific role aligned with their expertise and aspirations. This hands-on experience will enable them to showcase their potential and accelerate their career growth.

The remaining 20% of the time will be dedicated to a cohort curriculum experience led by a program manager. This unique opportunity includes coaching, soft skills workshops, and opportunities to network with senior leaders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in one of the listed asset classes in a sales or trading role.
  • A combination of critical thinking, influencing skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • A personality that is energetic, flexible, organized, conscientious, proactive, and detail-oriented combined with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • An ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve goals in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Demonstrable sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results.
  • Technical expertise in regulatory, compliance, and risk management issues.
