About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our team at Maidenhead Portman Dental & Implant Clinic. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our nursing team to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the dental nursing team to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
  • Develop and implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Collaborate with dental clinicians to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care
  • Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance to ensure optimal functionality
  • Provide training and support to junior nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Valid certification or diploma in Dental Nursing
  • Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC)
  • Previous experience in a similar lead nurse role is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
