MBR Dental is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in various duties such as chairside care, patient management, infection control, and equipment maintenance.
- Lead and mentor a team of dental nurses, overseeing reception and staff rotas, ensuring CQC requirements are met, and managing audits.
- Work alongside the Practice Manager to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
- Occasionally assist with reception duties.
- At least 2 years' experience in dental nursing.
- Registered with the GDC and hold a valid DBS.
- Fully funded CPD, GDC, and professional indemnity fees paid.
MBR Dental offers a private practice environment, full-time opportunity, and a competitive rate per hour negotiable depending on experience. The practice bonus scheme is in place, and nurses will work alongside Implants, Invisalign, and Hygiene services.
