Job Title: Area Sales Manager - East of England

Our client, a renowned manufacturer of outdoor sports & leisure equipment, seeks an experienced Area Sales Manager to expand their presence in the East of England.

As part of a larger group with a significant turnover, this role presents a unique opportunity for career growth and professional development.

This position involves frequent client meetings, necessitating strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Designing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and surpass targets.
  2. Identifying new business prospects and nurturing existing client relationships.
  3. Developing tailored sales plans to address changing market conditions.
  4. Providing regular sales performance reports to senior management.
  5. Fostering collaboration between internal teams to optimize operational efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a field-based role.
  • Candidates with diverse sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • A connection to the education sector would be advantageous.
  • A valid UK driving license is mandatory.
  • The successful candidate must reside in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, or Cambridgeshire.
Area Sales Manager Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary up to £35,000 per annum.
  • Additional OVERTIME income up to £20,000 per annum.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £55,000-£60,000 per annum, dependent on performance and qualifications.
