Crimson is seeking an experienced SAP HR/PY Functional Consultant to support the setup of new payroll systems for a leading client in the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive experience with SAP HR/PY, including payroll modules, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong expertise in SAP ABAP and debugging, with a focus on customising and modifying the SAP Payroll/HR module.
  • Collaboration with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and data exchange across systems.
  • Partnering with business stakeholders to gather and evaluate payroll-related requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides for payroll operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, particularly in relation to tax calculations, reporting, and statutory deductions.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid role, requiring 1-2 days per week on-site, with the remaining time spent working remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP HR/PY, particularly in the Payroll modules, and experience with SAP ABAP and debugging.
