Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough investigations of domestic losses, gathering evidence and assessing the extent of damage.
- Communicate effectively with policyholders, insurance companies, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of claims.
- Use strong analytical skills to assess the cause and extent of the loss, and determine the appropriate compensation.
- Manage multiple claims simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating empathy and understanding throughout the claims process.
- Negotiate fair and satisfactory settlements for all parties, using strong negotiation skills.
- Work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
