Job Title: Domestic Gas Engineer

Sanctuary Property Services is seeking a qualified Domestic Gas Engineer to join our team in Gas Operations. As a key member of our Southwest Gas Installations Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality gas boiler replacements and heating system installations for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and commissioning of gas central heating systems
  • Direct replacements of combination type central heating boilers and Open Vented/Sealed System to combination conversions
  • Installation of radiators and associated pipework
  • Some repairs and servicing
  • Responding positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations
  • Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and stocks are replenished as needed
Requirements:
  • CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1, Unvented - G3 Certificate, Water Regulations (WRAS) qualifications
  • Ability to work alone on a variety of different boiler types and systems
  • Proactive approach to health and safety, creating a safe environment for all
  • Full valid UK driving licence
