Job Title: Skilled Labourers

We are seeking skilled labourers to join our team at PROPSERV, a leading property maintenance, refurbishment, and project contractor. Our company works closely with managing agents, principal contractors, and developers to deliver high-quality maintenance and refurbishment solutions to their portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of construction work, including carpentry, plumbing, and decorating. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing, and walking for extended periods.
  • Use construction tools and equipment proficiently.
  • Work as part of a team and follow instructions.
  • Understand construction safety practices and building codes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction or related fields.
  • Basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and/or masonry skills are highly desirable.
  • CSCS Card holder or other relevant qualifications.
