Job Description

Job Title: Head of Testing

We are seeking an experienced Head of Testing to lead our testing activities and ensure the highest quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement testing strategies and plans to ensure the quality of our products and services.
  2. Lead a team of testers and ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing is integrated into the development process.
  4. Identify and mitigate testing risks and ensure that testing is aligned with business objectives.
  5. Develop and maintain testing processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  6. Ensure that testing is conducted in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  7. Provide regular reporting and updates to stakeholders on testing progress and results.
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in testing and quality assurance, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate testing risks.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, including Agile and DevOps.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
