Role Overview:

This role requires a Registered Nurse (NMC) or Registered Midwife (NMC) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work as part of a team to identify health needs with children and families, plan, deliver, and review evidence-based interventions to improve outcomes.

You will develop close working relationships with Barnardo's workers to support the development of preventative community-based approaches and personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver delegated commissioned elements of the Healthy Child Programme
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to improve health outcomes for children and families
  • Work closely with Barnardo's workers to develop community-based approaches and personalized care

Person Specification:

  • Registered Nurse (NMC)
  • Registered Midwife (NMC)
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car

Salary and Benefits:
