Community Public Health Nurse

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife to join our 0-19 public health nursing service in Hampshire. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
The role involves delivering delegated commissioned elements of the Healthy Child Programme, working collaboratively with other professionals to achieve better outcomes for children and families.
