Automotive Business Lead

The Automotive Business Lead will drive Finance and Insurance opportunities, focusing on exceptional customer relationships and a 5-star CSI performance.
This role involves optimising every Finance and Insurance opportunity, establishing customer rapport, and expertly handling the enquiry management process. You will work under pressure, establish targets, and monitor performance against budget.
A high level of professional acumen and outstanding work ethic are essential for success in this role. Excellent communication skills, influence and negotiation skills, and relationship building skills are also required.
You will be instrumental in driving sales team performance, establishing wants and needs of customers, and converting prospects into customers.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 basic salary with OTE £60,000, company car, pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.
