Martis Search is representing a global Financial Services company to hire a Loans Administration Supervisor to join their Investment Operations team.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on Loans Administration Manager to supervise and manage a team of 4 Loans Operations Analysts. The role involves managing priorities and workloads, collaborating with the company's legal and investment teams, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to a high quality.
Key Responsibilities- Manage priorities and workloads for themselves and other team members
- Collaborate with the company's legal and investment teams on all operational aspects of debt documentation
- Experience as a team leader within a loan administration function at a financial institution
- In-depth technical knowledge and expertise on loan administration processes and loan agreements
- In-depth understanding of loan administration systems, ideally eFront and Debt Domain
- Expert ability to navigate excel to identify and gather relevant information and able to present data in understandable ways for senior audiences
- 85,000 k pa - £93,600 k pa dependent upon experience
- Very good holiday allowance, a very good pension, plus Healthcare, Life Assurance etc.
