Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in establishing a team to deliver services, comprising site-based and office-based support representatives. You will respond to technical queries, requests for information, and early warning notices, and review Temporary Works designs for integration with the permanent works design. Additionally, you will review and accept permanent works materials, review fabrication details for integration with permanent works, produce as-built records and details, and contribute to quarterly reports to the contractor. You will also provide safety leadership within the organisation, monitor and support the Site Support Team to ensure contractual services are met, maintain consistency across all teams, and liaise with the Construction Services Manager on resource requirements to align with construction activities. Furthermore, you will meet budget, timeframe, and quality targets, exceeding client expectations, promote and market services during client interfaces and across other sectors and disciplines, and have experience in geotechnical engineering or a related field, a strong understanding of construction support services, proficiency in handling technical queries, requests for information, and early warning notices, ability to review and integrate Temporary and Permanent Works designs, experience in producing as-built records and reports, exceptional leadership and team management skills, strong focus on safety leadership and implementation, ability to liaise effectively with managers and stakeholders, and excellent communication and marketing skills.
