We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in the Stockport area. This full-time role is based in an EYFS class, working with a group of children who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to children with SEND
- Assist with planning and preparing engaging lessons and activities
- Provide individualized support to children with SEND, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development
- Collaborate with the class teacher and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
- Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children with SEND
