Behaviour Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join our team at a GOOD school in Stockport. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and maintaining a positive and calm environment throughout the school day.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing individualized support to students with SEN, helping them to manage their emotions and stay focused on tasks.
  • Maintaining a calm and composed demeanor, even in challenging situations.
  • Monitoring and supporting students' behaviour, working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure a smooth and effective learning environment.

We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience in a school setting, although this is not essential. What is crucial is the ability to manage and control behaviour in any setting, making you a valuable asset to our team.

As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant with Teaching Personnel, you will have access to:
