Job Description

Avanti Personnel Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Paraplanner. As a Trainee Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Advisers in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality financial planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing recommendations and producing suitability reports in line with company policy.
  • Collate information and data about clients, ensuring all required compliance documentation is present and correct.
  • Work closely with Financial Advisers to discuss client objectives, identify areas for planning, and source solutions suitable to meet client needs.
  • Prepare suitability letters, reports, and associated documentation for approval by the Financial Adviser.
  • Provide support with administrative functions, including new business processing, client valuations, and management information.
  • Contribute to the overarching goal of outstanding customer experience and work well as part of a team.
Requirements:
  • GCSE grade C and above in Maths and English.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially spelling and grammar.
  • Desirable qualifications include CF6 Mortgage Advice, R01 Financial services, regulation & ethics, and other technical areas.
