About Our Care Professionals
At Home Instead, we're looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Caring Companions. As a Caring Companion, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients in Rochdale. Your responsibilities may include:
- Preparing meals and ensuring proper nutrition
- Assisting with personal care tasks
- Helping with medication management and self-care routines
- Fostering companionship and social interaction
- Accompanying clients to appointments or outings
- Supporting daily routines, such as morning and nighttime preparations
No Experience Necessary
We provide comprehensive training to all our care professionals, so no prior experience is required. We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds who share our values and are passionate about delivering high-quality care.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need a full driving license and access to a reliable vehicle, as regular travel between clients is involved.
