As a Retail Training Assistant, you'll be responsible for welcoming customers into store, booking appointments, pre-screening patients, and providing style advice.

You'll also have the opportunity to work on the shop floor, handling phone calls, measuring frames, and assisting with sales and promotions.

Ours is an Apprenticeship scheme that offers a unique blend of on-the-job training and structured learning, leading to a nationally recognised Level 3 Optical Assistant qualification.

You'll earn a competitive salary of £7.40 per hour, which works out to £15,392 per year, paid monthly, plus a range of benefits, including extra days off, discounted hearing and eyecare benefits, and enhanced sick pay.
