Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwash and surrounding areas
  • Carry out all washing up duties for a busy kitchen and restaurant
  • Clean and sterilize countertops, walls, and sinks
  • Ensure FOH and BOH areas are clean and tidy
  • Assist with basic food preparation if required
  • Participate in daily and weekly deep cleans
  • Assist with deliveries and organize storage
  • Remove waste from waste containers and dispose of them in external bins
  • Provide assistance to front-of-house and kitchen staff as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A flexible approach to duties and a willingness to work as part of a team
