Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting students with SEN in their learning and development, both in and outside the classroom. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans, ensuring that each student receives the tailored support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with SEN in their learning and development.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of differentiated lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support tailored to individual needs.
  • Help students with personal care and mobility as required.
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor student progress.
  • Encourage positive behavior and social interaction within the school environment.
  • Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience. We offer a competitive package that includes opportunities for professional growth and development.
