Job Summary


The Real Estate Operations Lead is a critical role within 696 DSC Corporate Services, responsible for managing the company's international real estate portfolio. This position requires a multifaceted individual with expertise in budget management, real estate capital projects, and operations.



Key Responsibilities



  • Liaise with GRE Finance teams to manage the international facilities and real estate capital expenditure budget.
  • Support capital real estate projects through budget and finance review, requesting new project codes and vendor setup.
  • Track lease documentation and portfolio updates in APAC, EMEA, and LATAM, working closely with the head of Real Estate and Facilities for each region.
  • Assist with project administration, including presentations of quantitative and qualitative information.
  • Work collaboratively with internal partners and stakeholders to identify requirements and complete analysis of projects and reports.
  • Closely monitor workspace planning and allocation, advising on changes that may impact the success of Agile Working.
  • Provide direct-line management support to the SVP, including diary management, meeting scheduling, and logistics coordination.
  • Make travel arrangements, manage expenses claims, and provide administrative support to the SVP and International Facilities and Real Estate team.
  • Act as a key liaison between the International Real Estate & Facilities team and the wider organization, advising on communications and client relations strategy.
  • Take ownership of client-facing communications and activities, including drafting presentations and guiding staff engagement efforts.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or Finance, or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience.
  • Advanced degree, certification, or additional professional training in Corporate Real Estate or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of budget management and real estate accounting principles, with proficiency in spreadsheet and data analysis techniques.
  • Critical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to frame issues, articulate findings, and present solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a high level of initiative, customer focus, and aptitude for learning.
  • Excellent organizational, structured, methodical, and attentive to detail, with strong presentation skills and professional conduct.
