We are seeking a skilled Floor Manager to join our team at The Coal Shed Tower Bridge. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, with a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring that our high standards of service are maintained, and that our guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, including managing inventory, scheduling, and staff rotas
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with the restaurant manager to achieve business objectives
