About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Digital Midwife to join our team in the East of England. As a key member of our digital midwifery team, you will play a critical role in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the strategic and operational development of the regional work programme, specifically in relation to the roll out of the maternity digital & data agenda.
  • Develop and implement a regional maternity dashboard and monitoring framework that aligns to the Three Year Delivery Plan for Maternity & Neonatal Services and Perinatal Quality Surveillance Framework.
  • Provide professional expertise to the outcome of business processes for the Department or Directorate.
  • Define current processes, facilitate discussions, and advise colleagues on best practice.
  • Develop and deliver information sharing systems, and highlight exceptions and risks ensuring mitigating action is taken.

Person Specification
