UK Advertising Director

Responsibilities:
- Owning and developing the relationship with key decision makers across agency patches.
- Developing and owning a sales strategy and business plan for advertising/media agencies and brands in the UK.
- Presentation of Quantcast capabilities and offerings in the digital ad marketplace.
- Management of the sales pipeline and forecasting of business growth.
- Analysing sales statistics to determine growth potential and working towards specific KPIs.
- Coaching and motivating direct reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in senior management within a digital sales business.
- Proven track record in managing and developing large strategic accounts.
- Ability to build relationships with decision makers around solution/strategic sales.
- Impressive leadership characteristics along with a dynamic personality.
- Strong relationships/contacts across UK media agencies.
Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per year, based on experience.
