Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations in Newcastle upon Tyne. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily performance targets within the factory are met in alignment with company procedures and technical standards.
- Monitor staff performance, ensuring team members are motivated and meeting targets.
- Ability to manage resources, including personnel, machines, and materials purchase.
- Assemble and distribute components for orders and stock to the relevant department.
- Plan weekly production based on the production schedule.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
