We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housing First Officer to join our Housing Needs Team at East Suffolk Council. As a key member of our team, you will provide flexible support packages to individuals at risk of homelessness, helping them access and maintain a safe and secure home.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Housing First principles to entrenched rough sleepers and those at risk of repeat homelessness.
- Provide open-ended packages of support, advice, and assistance to help individuals achieve stable housing.
- Work collaboratively with our teams to ensure a seamless service delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders to enhance service effectiveness.
- A competitive salary of £29,269 - £35,745 per annum (Band 5 - 6).
- 37 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements.
