About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Information Specialist to join our team at Lifelancer. This role is an exciting opportunity for a medical professional to utilize their expertise in providing accurate and non-promotional information regarding medicinal products or devices to healthcare professionals and patients.

Responsibilities
  • Receiving medical information enquiries through various communication channels and documenting them in the appropriate database
  • Triaging and responding to the medical enquiries using client-approved resources
  • Identifying, capturing, reporting, and following up on adverse events and product complaints in compliance with established timelines and organizational, client, and regulatory guidelines
  • Maintaining and demonstrating advanced knowledge of project and corporate policies and procedures
  • Attending team and client meetings and performing assigned peer quality reviews
Requirements

This position requires a degree in a medical-related field or life science degree, such as Medicine, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Dentistry. Fluency in Swedish verbal and written is also essential. Additionally, strong communication skills in English and the ability to efficiently use computer systems (hardware and software) are necessary. Organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation are also required.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £40,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
