About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food manufacturing processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Carry out production tasks in the cutting hall, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
  • Perform general operative duties on the production line as required.
  • Ensure that all areas of training in basic food hygiene, health and safety, and product quality are adhered to.
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and presentation during working hours.
  • Produce each product to specification, meeting the required quality standards.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards in accordance with Company Policy and all relevant legislative documentation.
  • Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices are adhered to in full, promoting a 'clean as you go' philosophy.
  • Minimize the risk of product contamination through effective work practices.
  • Stack cases of goods or products onto a pallet and manually place boxes on pallets.
Ideal Candidate
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Meet targets set by management and the customer, including productivity, quality, hygiene, and waste.
  • Be self-motivated and able to maintain high personal standards.
  • Be comfortable working in a pressurized environment and able to meet tight deadlines.
