Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Nurse to join our team at Perseid Special School in Merton. As a key member of the Health Team, you will be responsible for providing expert nursing care to children with complex health needs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • To assess the health needs of children and young people in special schools and develop individual health plans.
  • To deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to children with complex health needs, including technology-dependent children.
  • To participate in direct clinical input to ensure appropriate nursing interventions and promote optimal use of resources.
  • To provide training and support to school staff on health care delivery and management of continence products.
  • To work in partnership with families, teachers, and other professionals to safeguard children and young people.
Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday. The salary is estimated to be around £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
