About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Paediatric Nurse to join our team at a leading children's hospice in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment that prioritises the well-being of seriously unwell children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct line management support to Band 5 Nurses and Band 3 + 4 Specialist Carers.
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in the hospice, children's homes, or community settings.
  • Plan and review care in collaboration with families to ensure safety and advocacy.
  • Ensure fun, sensitivity, and compassion are integral to the care provided.
  • Administer medications and maintain the nutritional status of all children.
  • Participate in governance activities, including incident reporting and resource management.
  • Offer training and development opportunities to staff and family members.
