Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Consultant to join our team at IPS Group. As a Senior Tax Consultant, you will provide specialist verbal and written tax investigations advice to support a range of clients, including accountants, professionals, business owners, and individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the application of complex, specialist technical advice to provide innovative solutions that add value to the client.
  • Assist with a range of advanced compliance matters, deal with HM Revenue & Customs enquiries, and review technical correspondence, guidance, and legislation.
  • Leverage relationships, technology, and professional networks to build a profile with existing clients and a wider network of professional contacts, raising the profile of IPS Group to promote our expertise.
  • Utilize your existing skill set and experience to develop and build a niche area of interest and knowledge within the team to expand the range of technical expertise.
  • Engage with the wider business to build knowledge and awareness of all aspects of our service offering to help identify cross-sell opportunities and assist with marketing initiatives.
  • Build strong working relationships and support a team culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and technical debate to achieve team goals.
  • Act with honesty and integrity in all dealings with clients, contacts, and team members while respecting confidentiality and building trust.

Benefits:

  • Excellent flexible working policy with a requirement of one day per month in the office and the remainder of your time working from home.
  • Salary: £50,000 - £50,000.
