We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our Company Commercial team at Ideal Personnel and Recruitment Solutions.

The Company Commercial team handles a wide range of matters for clients, including business start-ups, sales and purchases of businesses, and management buy-outs.

They also work on commercial agreements, intellectual property, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and share options, as well as providing advice on corporate matters such as restructuring, mergers, and corporate governance.

We are looking for a confident candidate with a strong interest in this area of law. You must have excellent client-facing skills and be able to work to high standards of professionalism.

Required qualifications, skills, and experience

  • Law Degree/LPC/SQE
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and administration skills
