Job Overview
Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This full-time role will involve working with students who have learning difficulties, behavioural problems or physical or sensory disabilities.

Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be required to:
  • Evaluate the individual learning needs of pupils and develop targeted support plans
  • Positively manage challenging behaviour in a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Liaise with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure effective collaboration
  • Supervise activities and provide additional support as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers to design and deliver bespoke education plans that engage students
  • Provide one-to-one support and small group instruction
