Job Title: Senior Site Manager

About the Role:

As a Senior Site Manager at Prime Phenix, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites across multiple locations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage subcontractors, ensure adherence to safety regulations, and maintain project timelines. You will also collaborate with our design and engineering teams to guarantee project success.

Requirements:

- Experience in construction site management and project planning

- Drawing Interpretation ability to read and interpret Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical drawings

Working Conditions:

- Requires on-site presence across multiple locations

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Site Manager located in the London Area, UK. The Senior Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at construction sites across multiple locations, managing subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and maintaining project timelines. They will also collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

- Experience in construction site management, project planning, and subcontractor management
