Catch 22 is seeking a skilled Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repairs on our commercial retail establishments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform reactive and emergency breakdowns, as well as planned preventative maintenance on our large sites in a mobile capacity.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of UPS, Generators, LV/HV, HVAC systems, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control building management systems, and provide first-line support to our retailer stakeholders.
  • Work with specialist equipment such as BMS and PLC systems, and participate in an on-call rota 1 in 6.
Requirements
  • Relevant Electrical and/or Mechanical qualifications, such as 17th/ 18th Edition, C&G Electrical Maintenance, C&G Level 2 Mechanical Maintenance.
  • Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with proven experience of working in a multi-skilled maintenance role.
  • Knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems and BMS on commercial buildings, with strong Health & Safety knowledge, ideally with IOSH.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with good verbal communication skills, and flexibility with hours, including working weekends and bank holidays.
  • Ability and transport to travel to other sites when required.
Benefits
  • Salary up to £37,000 based on a 40 hour week.
  • Holidays 33 (includes Bank holidays).
  • Van and fuel card provided.
  • Standby rate of £100 per week whilst on the on-call rota (1 in 6).
